Why does delivery take 3-6 weeks?
Standard shipping normally deliver within 3-6 weeks. We ship from China, HK and SG depending on which supplier warehouse or factory the product is produced. Usually 12-20 days for USA and 21 to 45 days for other countries. In rare cases, delivery may take 60 days due to item popularity, delay in customs clearance getting longer, adverse weather conditions, local public holidays or some unexpected issues.
What is the processing time?
Before we ship your order, all the products will undergo strict quality control checks and carefully packaged by our QC staff in order to ensure your satisfaction. For relatively simple items and small orders, the average process time is about 2-3 days while some complicated items and/or larger orders may require up to 5-7 working days to complete before shipping out.
Meanwhile, please note that all delivery times will be delayed several days (even more) during some public holidays of year as our factories and suppliers are on holiday. Annual Chinese Public Holiday: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year), Christmas Holidays (December 15-30). We sincerely apologize for the delayed issue during these periods and we kindly ask our customers to be patient.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes we provide a tracking number but take note of the following:
Orders below 1,500 Pesos - Small packet parcels are only trackable when package is still in China. After it has been dispatched, the receiving country's post office may not update their system for this type of parcel. You may check with the Post office after 4 weeks from the date of shipment if your package has arrived.
Orders over 1,500 Pesos - Eligible for registered mail which is trackable up to the last delivery point.
Why did I receive only 1 item, when I ordered more?
Some orders will be divided into two or more packages due to the weight and size limit on items set by the courier. We can only dispatch orders by Standard Shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What shipping methods will Luxurymall.ph use?
We use only standard shipping via ePacket, and registered post.
We suggest that you check if there is a local post office in your area before placing an order. Customers are responsible to follow up, track and claim the package at the post office.
Do you offer door to door delivery?
You may check with your local post office if they offer door-to-door delivery in your area. You may have to claim your parcel at the local post office if there is no delivery services available.
Philippine customers - If you prefer door to door delivery by LBC, 2Go or JRS, there will be additional shipping charges. Please contact us prior to placing your order.
Do I have to pay tax on my order or postal fees when claiming my package at the Postal Office?
Custom rules and regulations in your country still apply. Philpost may also charge 112 pesos Postal Fee per package. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the order. However, we have no control over this charges, and it's unpredictable whether the taxes and handling fees will be charged or not. Therefore, we suggest that you contact your local customs office or post office for current charges before you order, so you will not be surprised by charges you are not expecting.
Are the packages assured?
Rest assured that our selected courier company is trackable online. Once your order is shipped out, an email with tracking number will be sent to you, and you can follow its journey by tracking on the related official website.

Will I receive a refund if I reject the shipment?
If customers reject a package due to customs issues without prior notice to Luxurymall.ph, including refusal to pay customs duties or tax, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused order.
What’s your returns & exchanges policy?
LUXURYMALL.PH wishes to create a satisfying and enjoyable shopping experience for you. If you request a return or exchange service, please inform Luxury Mall customer service within 7 days on receipt of your order (date order was received), an RMA and the return address will be provided. Any returned item without advance notice or authorization from Luxury Mall may be refused or disregarded.
We recommend that you use a registered post service for returning shipment (Must have a tracking number) and obtain proof of posting. Make sure all returns must be sent back in original condition, with tags, unworn, unused and unwashed. We reserve the right to reject return and exchange of any items with wear, damage or removed tags. The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure the proper packing and can't get damaged on the way. Once your returns are received and inspected by our after-sale staff, refund or exchange will be processed within three(3) days.
Note: Underwear, Swimwear, Lingerie, Leggings, Make up and Accessories (except bags) are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.

Faulty or Incorrect Item Return or Exchange:
LUXURYMALL.PH will be responsible for faulty or incorrect items return shipping costs if the faulty or incorrect claim is confirmed to be valid. Full payment with return shipping costs will be refunded in LUXURYMALL.PH Credit account or original method of payment after item has been received by our after sales staff.
Only damaged or faulty items can be refunded or exchanged. For items delivered with correct sizes based on order but does not fit, correct model number as per order, customer will be responsible for return shipping back to origin (China, HK or Singapore), in this case shipping fee is non-refundable.
How to Return?
Please contact our customer service to get an RMA for return or exchange service within 7 days on receipt of your purchase. And please note down the following information on paper and return with your order:
1) Your order number
2) The item code you wish to return or exchange
3) An RMA No.
4) Reason for return or exchange
What is RMA and Where I can get it?
RMA means Return Merchandise Authorization, which will be offered by LUXURYMALL.PH for the return or exchange service. You'll receive an email notification with an RMA number after contact our customer service representative. Please note down the RAM number with other required information and sent back to us with your returns. Unauthorized RMA number or unspecified returns may be refused or disregarded.
Will you refund me my shipping cost?
LUXURYMALL.PH will usually refund you what you paid for your order, but not the shipping costs, we are only responsible for the faulty or incorrect items return or reshipment of replacement.
Meanwhile, a shipping fee depends on the package weight will be charged if any orders are returned which is not caused by Luxury Mall.
What if taxes are charged if I sent back the merchandises?
Please kindly note that taxes might be charged when the merchandises are shipped back to Luxury Mall and buyers will be responsible for all the taxes and handling fees that might be charged.
What shipping method should I adopt for the returned purchases?
Please note that you can adopt whatever shipping services as you as long as it is registered mail and can be tracked except FedEx), which might cause heavy custom duty and tax charged.
As mentioned above, Luxury Mall will not be responsible for all taxes and handling fees that might be charged.
We suggest you to choose post service for the returned shipment, mark as "Gift" and declare a low value on the invoice to avoid costumes. (This information is only for reference, that actual shipping fees depend on your local post service.)
When will I get the refund?
Once your returns are received and inspected by our after-sale department, you will be refunded within 7 working days.
I did not receive my package, shall I get a refund?
As per company rules, full refund will be given when package/order is not received after 60 days from date of shipping. This is because we ship from China thru Standard Ordinary Mail and packages usually takes 3-6 weeks to arrive.
